Queen Elizabeth Appoints New High Commissioner To Nigeria

Catriona Laing has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, by the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth.

Laing was appointed the British High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria to succeed Paul Arkwright who has been transferred to another Diplomatic Service appointment.

Laing will take up her appointment in November 2018.

Catriona Laing is married to Clive David Nicholas Bates and are blessed with a daughter.

Until her appointment she was the Ambassador to Harare.
