Alexandra Asogwa, popularly known as “Alex Unusual”, recently evicted housemate of the Big Brother Naija “All Stars” Reality Show, on Friday said that the only strategy she adopted to win the show was just by being herself and original.

The 27-year-old Content Creator during a zoom interview in Lagos said that even before going on the show, she had decided to be original, unusual, positive and peaceful.

According to her, she had the premonition that she will  be evicted.

“My strategy in the big brother house was just being myself. I said I was going to be myself and protect my peace.

“This is because I know that Alex is not somebody that people can walk over.

So, I was sure that if anybody ever got a point where they constantly poke me and I have to react, of course, I will.

“I will definitely stand up for myself, this was what I did in the house and that is what I also teach all the young boys and girls that are looking up to me in any school I go to.

“I am like do not let anybody take your silence, peace and positivity for weakness. I am always peaceful and positive,” she said.

Alex noted that the show had made her understand more the kind of power her personality holds.

“I am proud to realise how much presence my personality carries because before I was like why is it that when I walk into a place everybody always like to see how to take me out, even if I have not said anything.

“So, now I understand  the kind of power I carry, I am proud of it,” she said.

When asked who she is currently rooting for as the winner of the show, she said “I am rooting for either the one with God’s grace or the best game player or the person that they want to win or the person that the people vote for to win.”

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Alex is an ex-housemate from BBNaija Season 3 and one of the five finalists.

Star-studded Nollywood series “The Party” is set to premiere on Netflix May 30, its producer has said.

The producer of the acclaimed series, Judith Audu, disclosed this in a post on her Instagram page.

The Party is a three-part murder mystery series that tells the story of how everyone became a suspect when a young, successful, newly married man died unexpectedly and dramatically.

The series, directed by Yemi Morafa, features a lineup of A-list Nollywood actors, including Shaffy Bello, Uzor Arukwe, Mide Martins, Kunle Remi, and James Gardiner.

The series showcases brilliant performances by Tope Olowoniyan, Ben Touitou, Ray Adeka, and introduces Eva Ibiam in a standout debut.

The Party, a fully independent production of Ope Ajayi and Captain of Sea Productions, was originally conceived as a feature-length movie.

However, after being acquired by Netflix, it was restructured into a three-part series.

Earlier, Ajayi, in a post on his social media page, said that the Netflix series was one that would keep the audience guessing about the culprit.

In his words; “You’ll never be able to guess who did it.”

He further added: “The performances are perhaps one of my favourite things about the series.
