Content creator and comedian, Prophet Rolex, has broken his silence after being called out for previously promoting the visa services of Ifeanyi Onukwubiri, the CEO of TMT Travels and Tours, who is currently facing allegations of defrauding visa applicants.

Reacting to the controversy, Prophet Rolex appealed to those affected, insisting he never knew the situation would turn out the way it did.

“Please, to all the victims of the TMT visa scam, forgive me.

I had no idea the whole issue would turn out this way. However, since the matter is currently with security operatives, I’m sure you will get your money back.
My ambassadorial contract with him was from 2022 to 2024,” he said.

The content creator also clarified that his relationship with TMT Travels and Tours was strictly based on an ambassadorial agreement and that he was not involved in the company’s operations. He stated that he distanced himself from the firm after becoming aware of the allegations against it.

Prophet Rolex’s statement comes amid growing public scrutiny following reports that security agencies are investigating complaints from several individuals who allegedly paid for visa processing services through TMT Travels and Tours.

The comedian had previously served as a brand ambassador for the travel agency, with reports showing that his endorsement deal was renewed in 2023 after an earlier partnership with the company.

Veteran Nollywood actress, Patience Ozokwor, aka Mama G, has said it is wrong for parents to completely shield their children from hardship and hard work.

According to her, the fastest way to ruin a child’s life is by preventing them from experiencing hardship or working hard.

Speaking in a recent interview with media personality, Femi Baba, Mama G recalled that she once evicted her son from home so he could go out and make a living for himself.

She said, “The fastest way to ruin a child’s life is to say you don’t want them to suffer the way you did.

“When you’re gone, they may start fighting over your property. I told my son, ‘My house isn’t yours. Go and work for your own.’”

Ozokwor explained that because she raised her children with discipline and hard work, they were doing well.

The movie icon urged parents not to deny their children the experience of struggle and hard work because of their love for them.

Nigerian music star, Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus, popularly known as Joeboy, has opened up on his plans for his future wedding, shocking fans.

The singer, while speaking during an interview with Madame Joyce, explained that he fancies early marriages, adding that getting married in his 20s and having teenage children in his 40s would be great.

Joeboy however revealed that he would keep his marriage a secret if he decides to tie the knot.

“I saw an interview of Timini. He’s like the ideal playboy; almost all the girls claim to love him, and he was like, he wished he got married early.

I was like, if you’re a playboy and you can say this, that means marrying early might actually be nice. That is not the only identifier for me. But marrying early to someone who you genuinely love is going to be cute. Being 40 and having a 16-year-old kid is cute. But marriage is not really about whenever it feels cool. If it just feels right to you and you love the person, do it. Personally, I would rather get married early. But if I get married right now, nobody is going to know. Maybe when I have like three kids, people will now find out that Joeboy has a whole family somewhere,” he said.
